1. Medical Disclaimer

Content on the Site — including descriptions of chiropractic care, spinal decompression, shockwave therapy, injectables, microneedling, IV therapy, and other services — is for general educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, does not create a doctor–patient relationship, and is not a substitute for an in-person evaluation by a licensed provider. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking care because of something you read here.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not use the Site, email, or social media for urgent medical needs.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Results of chiropractic, aesthetic, and wellness treatments vary from person to person based on health history, anatomy, lifestyle, and adherence to care recommendations. Testimonials, reviews, and images reflect individual experiences and are not a promise or guarantee of any particular outcome. Some treatments may require multiple sessions.

3. Eligibility, Consultations, and Informed Consent

• All treatments are subject to a consultation and determination of candidacy by a qualified provider. We may decline or discontinue any service when it is not clinically appropriate.
• You agree to provide complete and accurate health information, including medications, allergies, pregnancy status, and medical conditions, and to update us of any changes.
• Certain services require signed informed consent forms describing risks, benefits, and alternatives before treatment.
• Aesthetic injectables and IV therapy are performed by or under the supervision of appropriately licensed professionals in accordance with Texas law.
• Patients under 18 must be accompanied by, and have consent from, a parent or legal guardian. Some services are available to adults only.

4. Appointments, Booking, and Cancellations

Online booking is provided through Mindbody, a third-party platform subject to its own terms. Appointments are confirmed only when acknowledged by our office or booking system.

• We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of a prepaid session, as described at booking.
• Arriving late may shorten your treatment time so other patients are not delayed.
• We may reschedule appointments due to provider availability, weather, or other circumstances, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

5. Pricing, Promotions, and Payment

• Prices, packages, and memberships are subject to change without notice. Prices shown at booking or in-office govern.
• Promotional offers, including new-patient offers, are subject to the stated terms, eligibility, and expiration, may not be combined with other offers, and have no cash value unless required by law.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. You are responsible for any charges not covered by insurance.
• Prepaid packages and memberships are personal, non-transferable, and governed by the terms provided at purchase.
• Due to the nature of personal services, completed treatments are non-refundable. Concerns about results should be raised with your provider so we can review options.

6. Retail Products

Skincare products, including Circadia® products, are sold for personal use. Product descriptions are provided by or based on manufacturer information. Discontinue use and contact a provider if irritation occurs. Opened skincare products generally cannot be returned for hygiene reasons; unopened products may be eligible for exchange at our discretion. Circadia® is a trademark of its respective owner.

7. Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems.
• Introduce viruses or malicious code, or interfere with the Site’s operation.
• Scrape, copy, or republish Site content without written permission.
• Submit false information or impersonate any person.

8. Intellectual Property

All Site content — including text, photography, logos, graphics, and design — is owned by or licensed to Lovejoy and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site links to third-party websites and services such as Mindbody, Google Maps, and social media platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Patient health information is handled in accordance with our Notice of Privacy Practices.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lovejoy and its owners, providers, and staff will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Texas law, including professional obligations owed to patients.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lovejoy from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
